What to look at
Fomo's fee summary shows its own fee as a rate or as a minimum, and the network fee on a second line. On a normal spot trade of 190 USDC or more, the rate should read 0.45%. That's the 10% discount.
Small trades look different. On Solana's lowest-fee route, Fomo charges fixed steps below 190 USDC:

How to sign up with DEAL
- On the device you'll sign up on, open fomo.family/r/deal before you create an account.
- Install Fomo from the App Store or Google Play on that device, or sign up on the web at fomo.family.
- Create the account with your Apple ID or Google Account.
- If the sign-up screen shows a code box, type DEAL.
- After your first spot trade of 190 USDC or more, the fee line should read 0.45%.
