The Android order that works
- On the Android phone you'll trade on, open Chrome and go to fomo.family/r/deal.
- Install Fomo from Google Play on that same phone.
- Create your account with your Google Account or Apple ID.
- Type DEAL if the sign-up screen asks for a code.
If your phone has more than one browser, any of them is fine. What counts is that the invite is opened on the phone where you create the account, before the account exists.
Switching phones later is no problem: the discount belongs to the account, not to the device.
Questions
Can I add the code after I sign up?
There is no field for it later. Only if you opened fomo.family/r/deal first and no referrer was recorded can support attach DEAL (Profile > Settings > Help and Support > Contact Support).
Do I need a wallet or seed phrase?
No. You sign up with an Apple ID or Google Account, and the cashback arrives in your Fomo account.
How do I know the code worked?
Make a spot trade of 190 USDC or more on a regular token and look at the fee line: 0.45% means the discount is on.
How long does the discount last?
It applies to every trade on the account. Fomo's help center gives no end date.
